This Privacy Policy describes how Propel Health collects and uses the personal information you provide through this Website. Speaker Profile: Password, Username, Affiliation, Title, Personal Contact Information such as address and phone numbers and we may ask for specialty information like SLN (Subscriber Line Number), NPI (National Provider Identifier Standard), etc.

If you are a speaker (Propel Health’s Client’s end user) of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by another one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly or you may contact us directly (see the Your Right to Request Deletion section and User Access and Choice section below). Propel Health may not have a direct relationship with certain individuals whose personal information it processes. An individual speaker who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct their query to Propel Health’s Client (the data controller) responsible for your personal information to ensure continuity of your business relationship; however, you may also contact us directly (see the Your Right to Request Deletion section and User Access and Choice section below). If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Propel Health will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients and our Clients’ end users for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. Propel Health will also retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Propel Health collects information from various interfaces on the Websites. Propel Health may also be provided personal information for processing by Clients.
